Neil Sawicki opened Global Real Estate Advisors, Inc. to pursue his desire to offer his clients a full service real estate brokerage company specializing in commercial, industrial, land and investment real estate services.
Neil was the Senior Vice President and Corporate Real Estate Services Director for NAI Daus from 1996-2007, where he effectively sold and leased over 100 million dollars of properties in Northeast Ohio. He has consistently serviced his clients in all disciplines in both acquisitions and dispositions. In 2006 Neil was awarded the Power Broker Award by CoStar Group and is ranked among Cleveland’s Top Brokers based on 2006 industrial leasing transaction volume.
Bruce Langguth brings over 30 years of successful sales and customer service experience to Global Real Estate Advisors, with many satisfied clients in the Northeast Ohio area. Joining forces with the Global team enables Bruce to manage sales and leases of commercial and industrial properties in an area of familiarity.
Bruce’s uncommon and varied background allows him to see each client as a unique assignment. Having experience with distributorships, retail, manufacturing, warehousing, and management, he understands the workings of many businesses, allowing him to meet his client’s real estate needs.
He uses this expertise to help direct clients’ decision-making with practicality and future growth considerations at the forefront. Bruce addresses all facets of commercial real estate including property sales, leases, valuations, subleasing, build-to-suit properties,
When his mind is not on real estate, Bruce is on the board of the Mentor Figure Skating Club and the Greater Cleveland Council of FSC’s, serving as Treasurer of both organizations. His formal training in the music field has him playing with various community bands and orchestras in Greater Cleveland.
Tim Sawicki joined Neil to open their own real estate brokerage company specializing in commercial, industrial, land and investment real estate services. He has effectively sold and leased over 35 million dollars of properties in the south and western areas of Cleveland as well as northeast Ohio. Tim has used his knowledge of TQM, Just in Time Delivery Processes and CNC Machining training to improve operations and space management for his clients. In 2006 Tim was awarded a Power Broker Award and was ranked among Cleveland’s Top Brokers by CoStart Group on 2006 industrial leasing transaction volume.
David Sigg, CCIM has been a licensed real estate agent in the State of Ohio since 2003 and joined Global Real Estate Advisors, Inc. in 2010.
His focus has been and continues to be commercial, i.e., industrial and income-producing real estate.
David earned the CCIM designation in 2008 which was the culmination of completing the graduate-school level coursework, submission of a 300+ page portfolio of qualifying transactions and successfully passing the six-hour comprehensive final examination. The CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) program provides an intense and broad-based foundation of market, user (both tenant as well as owner-user) and investment analysis and tools which he brings to the process of working with clients. There are currently only two CCIM designees in Lake, Geauga and Ashtabula counties.
Nancy Stark Zangerle brings her energy and leadership from the economic and community development sector to Global Real Estate Advisors. Nancy’s career began at Growth Partnership for Ashtabula County, where she advanced from Project Manager to the Director of Economic Development. She subsequently was hired as the Executive Director of the Ashtabula County Port Authority and the Ashtabula County 503 Corporation. She moved on to spend three years with Community Development Corporation of Ashtabula County before channeling her extensive experience into the competitive commercial/industrial real estate sector.
Nancy brings over 17 years of success in providing proactive assistance to entrepreneurs and small and medium-sized businesses with attaining their goals of start-up, growth and expansion. Her familiarity with project development, site selection & property acquisition, loan packaging, public incentives, market research and government permitting make Nancy a strong asset to Global’s commitment to superior customer service.
